Words can't do justice to the transformation that I underwent thanks to Anne and The Career Studio. I was coming out of a series of high pressure jobs that were all consuming, and I was neither acknowledging my burnout nor the need to change how I was living my life. I also was deprioritising my interests and inherent skills, but thanks to her formidable coaching programme, I finally shed the limiting beliefs that were stopping me from living in authenticity, fully embracing a change in career path. I would urge anyone who is considering it to take the bold step to living a happier and more meaningful life.

The Career Studio was a phenomenal program for those that feel lost in their career and aren't sure how to find their way back to feeling fulfilled and energized. I had just left a toxic position, feeling very negative about all of my prospects, and completely disinterested continuing to work in my field. Anne provided invaluable tools to help process these emotions and move into a more expansive frame of mind where I reconnected with my core interests and motivations. I got a new job that feels like a great fit and feel more rested, energetic and finally excited to get back to work.

This process was probably one of the most important processes of my life - I truly haven't felt so connected with who I am as a person in years (if ever). This coaching program re-connected me with who I am and gave me the tools for how to harness that person professionally. I feel so empowered to make the right choices for myself, and have so much more mental fortitude thanks to this process. I feel in total control of my path, my emotions, and my future. Anne took what felt like the impossible of totally re-inventing my career and made it very very possible.

Working with Anne was the best investment I've made in my career journey thus far. Despite numerous achievements, external recognition, and upward career progression, I was still feeling stuck, overwhelmed, and surprisingly quite lost. The work enabled me to see more clearly my career direction. My work-life balance has improved considerably, as has my overall outlook and approach to my career. I feel way more grounded and very optimistic about the future. And I can easily refer to and reuse what she taught me should I ever feel stuck again or need to pivot. 

Anne changed my life. When we started I felt like I was stuck at a dead-end and berating myself for it. Since working with her I changed industries, opened my own side business, and generally feel unstoppable.

Life changing! I came to coaching to rethink my career. I've done that, but more importantly to me, I'm leaving as a far more energetic, confident and free version of myself. After trying and failing for YEARS,  I have finally decoupled my self-worth from my productivity.
